TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

• Vehicle
• Round trip boat in Cu Lao Cau
• The tour guide supports the group throughout the route
• Meals:
• 1 local breakfast
• 1 lunch
• Sightseeing tickets: according to the program
• Domestic travel insurance (Does not include maternity insurance; people over 75 years old, history of pre-existing diseases such as heart disease, stroke, etc.)
• Mineral water.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:

• Personal expenses.
• VAT
• Laundry, phone calls, meals and personal expenses outside the program

CHILDREN STANDARD:  

• Children from 1 – 5 years old are free (parents take care of the child themselves). But 02 adults can only accompany 01 child for free, from the 2nd child is charged according to the ticket price for children from (5-11 years old) (standard as charged children).
• Children from 5 – 11 years old: separate meals, separate coach seats, bed not included.
• Children over 11 years old: Standard ticket as adults.

TICKETS CANCELLATION REGULATIONS:

TOUR CANCELLATION: (Not including holidays and Sundays)

– If you change the tour to another date and notify the departure date 7 days in advance, you will not be charged a fee. If it is later, the penalty will be based on the cancellation regulations below and you can only change the tour departure date once (1) time.

– After registering for the tour, you deposit 50%. Please pay the remainder 7 days before departure. If you register for a tour within 7 days of departure date, please pay the entire tour fee.

• Immediately after registration: Cancellation fee is 50% of tour price
• 7 days before departure date: Cancellation fee 75% of tour price
• After the above period: Cancellation fee is 100% of tour price

“ Holiday/Tet period: no refund, no reservation”.

NOTES:

• In case the group does not have enough passengers to depart, Vietourist has the right to change or postpone the tour to the nearest departure date. If the customer cannot arrange work to participate in the next tour, we will refund the tour deposit/tour fee after deducting additional costs, if any.

– Programs and attractions can flexibly change the order of attractions to suit actual conditions.

Vietourist will not be responsible for securing attractions in the following cases:

+ Natural disasters occur: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes…

+ Security incidents: terrorism, protests…

+ Traffic incidents: traffic jams,…

– If the above cases occur, Vietourist will consider refunding non-sightseeing expenses to guests as possible (after deducting the services performed and is not responsible for any additional compensation). any other costs).

If you arrive late when the bus has departed or cancel the tour without prior notice, you will be charged the same fee as canceling your ticket on the day of departure.

– Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by parents or relatives over 18 years old when going on tour. In case of traveling alone, parents must authorize Vietourist (with confirmation from local authorities).

– For safety reasons, we limit and do not accept guests aged 80 and over. Guests over 75 years old do not have insurance.

– If you are pregnant, please notify the tour sales staff at the time of registration. Note that you must consult your doctor before going on a tour. Commit to taking responsibility for your health and that of your fetus throughout the duration of the travel program.

– If you need to issue an invoice, please provide invoice information to the tour sales staff immediately upon registration, do not accept invoices after the tour has ended.

– Please carefully review the Conditions before registering for the trip. In case you do not register directly, ask a relative to register for you, please update the information from the registrant.
