Classic Tours
Pick up at 8:30 am at the hotel lobby. You will leave Hanoi and head South for a 2.5-hour drive by the Highway 1 or former Road Mandarin. On arrival you spend one hour visiting the King Dinh and King Le temples of the Ancient Capital Hoa Lu then you continue drive to Tam Coc for a 3-hour boat trip along the Boi river and enjoy the scenery of Tam Coc caves and ancient temples, green rice fields and the life of farmers in the Red River Delta. After lunch you visit the Co Vien Lau which is a collection of Vietnamese ancient houses and the Bich Dong Pagoda.
This morning you take a drive to visit the Phat Diem stone cathedral, which was designed by Father Sau. It is a fine example of a European cathedral and a Vietnamese communal house, a masterpiece made of wood and stone. Back to Ninh Binh for lunch and drive to visit Bai Dinh pagada before returning to your hotel in Hanoi. End of services
